Create Tickets
1. Upload a CSV/XLS(X) file containing the field values that should be used for creating tickets.
A mapping table will appear:
Each row represents a single ticket.
Each column represents a ticket field value.

2. Map columns in the “Preview and Edit” section to the existing Freshdesk ticket fields.

3. Add new columns if necessary by clicking the “+” button at the right of the table headers row.
4. Configure each row value separately or use the “Magic Wand” button to populate a single column’s cells with the value from the first row.
5. (Optional) Delete unnecessary rows and/or columns of data.
6. Once ready, click the “Submit” button.
7. Check the results per each row and the process indicator.

If you need to create another portion of tickets from another file, simply click the “Delete File” button next to the file uploader and start again.
Update Tickets
By Uploading a File
1. Upload a CSV/XLS(X) containing at least one column of data – ticket IDs.
2. Map the ticket IDs column to the relevant column in the table.

3. (Optional) Map other ticket fields columns (if present) and/or add more columns and specify ticket fields in the dropdown fields and values below them for each row.
4. Once ready, click the “Submit” button.
5. Check the results per each row and the process indicator.

If you need to create another portion of tickets from another file, simply click the “Delete File” button next to the file uploader and start again.
By Specifying a Range of Ticket IDs
1. Select the “Specify tickets ids range” option.
2. Specify the range start and end values. A mapping table will appear.

3. Map the first table column with IDs as “Ticket id”.
4. Add more columns and specify ticket fields in the dropdown fields and values below them for each row.
5. Once ready, click the “Submit” button.
6. Check the results per each row and the process indicator.
If you need to create another portion of tickets from another file, simply click the “Delete File” button next to the file uploader and start again.
By Finding Tickets and Updating Them Immediately

1. Select the “Find tickets” option as the Data Source.
2. Specify the primary field name and its value.
3. (Optional) Add more search fields by clicking the “Add Search Criteria” button and to make the search more specific in order to narrow down the search results.

4. (Optional) Specify filter rules by clicking the “Add Filter Rule” button and specifying a field name, a condition and a value.

5. Specify the ticket fields that need to be updated by clicking the “Add Ticket Field to Update” button and specifying a field name and some value.
6. Once ready, click the “Find and Update” button.
7. The results will be displayed below. If some error has occurred during the update process, the details will be displayed in the relevant results ticket row.

Delete Tickets
By Uploading a File
1. Upload a CSV/XLS(X) containing at least one column of data – ticket IDs.
2. Validate the IDs of the tickets that are going to be deleted in the Preview section.

3. If everything looks fine, click the “Delete” button at the bottom.
4. The results will be displayed below. If some error has occurred, its details will be displayed in the relevant results ticket row.
By Specifying a Range of Ticket IDs
1. Select the “Specify tickets ids range” option.
2. Specify the range start and end values.
3. Validate the IDs of the tickets that are going to be deleted in the Preview section.

4. If everything looks fine, click the “Delete” button at the bottom.
5. The results will be displayed below. If some error has occurred, its details will be displayed in the relevant results ticket row.
By Finding Tickets Using Freshdesk API and Deleting Them Immediately
