Create and update Asana tasks without leaving Freshdesk

Creating Asana tasks from Asana Connect lets you choose a team and a project for the to-be-created task, set assignees and due dates, even fill out custom fields - all right from the app. All the updates from Freshdesk tickets and comments in the link tasks will be synced, so your teams will stay updated on task statuses.

New or existing tasks

The application lets you create a new task in Asana directly from Freshdesk. Your agents don't need an Asana account to be able to create or link tasks.

Stay updated

The app pushes ticket status updates, replies and notes to linked Asana tasks via comments, and receives comments as private notes. This way your team can communicate without leaving their preferred work tool.

Important details

Besides letting you choose the team and project in Asana for a new task, you can also work with default (Assignee, Due Date) and custom fields while submitting as many important details as necessary.

You are free to disable any app's features and even customize its text to upload a translation or make everyday work more fun.
